Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CollabInbox, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our platform.
Service Description
CollabInbox is a SaaS platform enabling content creators to manage their collaboration requests with brands. The platform offers inbox management, collaboration tracking, communication, and billing tools.
User Accounts
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
- Create only one account per person
Creator Obligations
As a creator, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your social media and statistics
- Honor commitments made with brands
- Deliver agreed content within accepted deadlines
- Comply with advertising and influencer marketing laws
- Clearly disclose commercial partnerships (#ad, #sponsored, etc.)
Brand Obligations
As a brand, you agree to:
- Provide clear and complete briefs
- Pay creators according to agreed terms
- Respect content validation deadlines
- Use created content only according to negotiated rights
Payments
Payments on CollabInbox work in two ways:
- Platform payments: secured by Stripe, with protection for both parties
- External payments: managed directly between creators and brands, without platform protection
- Service fees may apply depending on your subscription
- You are responsible for your tax obligations
Intellectual Property
CollabInbox and its content (logo, design, code) are our exclusive property.
Content created as part of collaborations belongs to the creators, unless otherwise agreed with brands.
Prohibited Uses
It is prohibited to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Provide false information or statistics
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate another person or brand
- Introduce viruses or malicious code
- Extract data automatically (scraping)
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, without notice in case of serious violation. You may terminate your account at any time from your settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CollabInbox is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the results of collaborations between creators and brands.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CollabInbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the last 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CollabInbox against any claims resulting from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Your continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
